Transferring my Belgian Golden Ale to Secondary Fermentation.
Brewing a Golden Belgian Ale tonight. It’s my first All Grain Home Brew!
The Lost Abbey’s Judgement Day Ale brewed with Raisins 10.5%.
Lagunitas Imperial Red Ale 7.8%, this is a dangerous one.
Dogfish Head’s Miles Davis Bitches Brew. Cracked this open last night for a friends birthday. Great tasting super dark beer, glad I could finally try it!
Sierra Nevada’s Ovila Quad brewed in Collaboration with The Abbey of New Clairvaux. This Quad Ale comes in at 10.4% but goes down surprisingly smooth and tastes great. The story behind the collaboration series is great too.
Sierra Nevada Brewing’s Celebration Ale on tap @ Dutch Goose in Menlo Park CA
Sierra Nevada Estate Homegrown Ale 2011. This Ale is brewed with Organic Hops and Barley.
21st Amendment’s Bitter American Session Ale.
Rogue’s Voodoo Doughnut Bacon Maple Ale. This beer is disgusting! Over powering Smokey flavor.
My 2nd batch of Home brew. Spiced Holiday Brown Ale 6.3% ABV. I was hoping this would be closer to 7% but it still tastes great.
